Had my nails done today by Kamile who was absolutely brilliant. I don’t get my nails done often and if I do I stay safe with light pink, but having told Kamile I’d love to have bright red one day, she encouraged me to do it and I’m glad I did! She is extremely careful and so neat! Can’t believe they are actually my own nails they look so beautiful! I absolutely love my red nails and will be back again Kamile. Thank you x

My first time going to Jade’s salon, Sophie was lovely, I had a massage ( once in a while treat) and a pedicure (an essential for me 😊), and have already booked another pedicure.

Following my visit to Jade's, I was left disappointed by the overall experience. The atmosphere in the salon felt strangely negative and somber, which was particularly surprising given the time of year. Rather than feeling welcoming or uplifting, the environment was uncomfortable and subdued.

I was also informed by email on 2 Jan 26 that prices will be increasing. While affordability is not my concern, this rise feels difficult to justify given the atmosphere and level of service provided. Increasing prices at a time when many families are typically under financial pressure feels poorly timed and insensitive. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations and has left me with the impression that profit is being prioritised over customer experience.

It was my first time at Jades this afternoon, and I was so impressed! The salon is light, fresh, and spotless—such a welcoming and clean environment. The staff were all incredibly smiley and lovely, which made the experience even better. Rachel was the one who did my treatment, and she was fantastic! I can confidently say I’ll be back. ❤️😊
