I’ve seen a few negative reviews but my experience has been very different.

I’ve been coming to Chloe’s every two weeks for about six months and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are great and I’ve never been unhappy with my nails.

Do you sometimes have to wait when they’re busy? Yes.
Even past my appointment time? Also yes.

That said, it doesn’t bother me. I come expecting it and just allow a bit of extra time. If waiting would frustrate you then it might not be the right place but for me the quality and consistency make up for it.

They also take walk-ins which I get. It helps them manage no-shows and keep business flowing. I’ve seen that happen while I’ve been there.

They’ve recently introduced a new booking system too, as the old one was causing double bookings, so they are clearly trying to improve things.

Lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel well looked after. They took real care with my nails, and the final design turned out beautifully. Everything was neat, even, and exactly what I hoped for. I’ll definitely be coming back.

What an awful experience. I'd never been to this nail salon before and I shall never be returning! Rude staff who blatantly speak badly of you in their language, rushed nail job and I feel like I was pushed into spending the maximum about. I am less than satisfied with the manicure so I have soaked the nails off already. £48 wasted!

Very unprofessional service and extremely poor quality nails.

After my first visit, I left a positive review because the nails looked nice immediately after the appointment. However, after just one week, they already looked like they had been worn for three weeks - there was visible lifting everywhere. I am now updating my review to reflect my full experience.

I decided to give this place another chance, but unfortunately the same problem happened again. Most of my nails lasted less than 2 weeks before lifting, and one nail even cracked completely across the acrylic.

I came back to ask for a simple repair of ONE nail, which would take around 10 minutes. I was told to wait 1.5 hours. I understand being busy, but when I politely asked for a more specific time (especially after travelling 1 hour to get there and I inform her about that), I was treated in a very rude and dismissive way in front of other customers.

The staff member said: “How many times are you going to ask the same question?” in an aggressive tone front of everyone. This was embarrassing and completely unacceptable.

I would also like to point out that communication from this lady was already unclear, and instead of trying to explain things calmly, I was spoken to with impatience and disrespect. Treating clients like this, knowing that her English is not that clear and it can be difficult to understand is highly unprofessional.

I paid for a service that was poorly done and did not last, and when I came back with a valid issue, I was treated badly instead of being helped.

I’m adding a pictures after WEEK!!! of each set. A V O I D.

I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place.

I managed to get an early booking and Lin was excellent and really nice. Great experience.
