A lovely local salon with easy parking right outside, which made the whole visit stress-free. The treatment room was cosy, spotless, and very comfortable.

I booked an eyebrow tint and threading, and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. Jazz was professional, thorough, and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect.

I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service. Thanks

I had a wonderful experience at Optionz today. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I was offered coffee during my visit, which was a lovely touch and made me feel really looked after.
Rena did my pedicure and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the quality. She was incredibly thorough and paid so much attention to detail. She carefully removed all the cuticles, worked on the rough skin properly (which I really needed!), and polished everything beautifully.
My feet feel so light and all the tiredness is gone.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Had an amazing cut with Rey from holistic hair at optionz.
Amazing relaxing head massage, lovely natural products, smelled divine!
Enjoyed it so much I've booked for a weekly wash and blow dry. (Purely for that hair wash)
Had a manicure while I was there which was immaculate. Everyone so friendly.
Can not recommend this salon more highly 😍

Audrey did my hair and I am so impressed the colour is gorgeous and the cut has given so much volume to my hair .. the amount of compliments I have received is insane .. I would definitely go back

Audrey has been colouring my hair for some time now and as a former box dye fanatic, you can probably imagine that my hair was screaming for rescuing! I am a creature of habit and tend to have the same colour each time (brown tinted root to hide the greys!) with blonde hilights and toning throughout. My hair is in the best condition it’s ever been. Audrey always recommends salon quality, affordable products for me to trial and the experience extends far beyond just the treatment, with consultation and follow up to check I’m happy. I highly recommend Audrey for all your hair needs but especially colouring. I saunter past the box dyes now as I flick my hair 😂
And she suggested I tried “bangs” it took several appointments before I thought “why not!” And honestly? I wish I’d listened and did it sooner. Love love love the results!

I used this place before to get my eyebrows done and at the time Jazz did a great job and was lovely but yesterday I was supposed to have a consultation appointment for my eyebrows with Fiorella at 10am but she cancelled the appointment at 7:48am because she had a “medical appointment “ (pretty sure that she would have known from the day before about this if it was true) which is very unprofessional. I live 2 hrs away and made arrangements to be able to get to this appointment for 10am only for her to cancel last minute. She has gave me the option of booking for the next day or another time but how can I trust somebody that proved to be unreliable from the beginning?. I wasted my entire day driving to this appointment and back home. Would definitely never use this place again. Jazz you’ve always been great but the new people in your salon don’t show the same dedication and reliability like you unfortunately
