Google Very unprofessional service. I paid, but the lady (I believe the owner) accused me of not paying, which was embarrassing and made me feel like I was stealing. The appointment also felt rushed, and my cuticles weren’t properly done. I could have done a better job myself. Definitely never going back!!!!

Google I’ve come here lots of times the lady with the orange head has made a compete embarrassment out of me she said infront of everybody I’ll have to pay first I said that was apsalutley fine then she turned around and told me all you Irish is the same so I asked her what was she on about she said Irish girls come in and not pay I said but I’ll pay you first she didn’t ask anybody else to pay first I just think it’s a joke how people think that’s okay to treat people like this

Google I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The quality of the work was poor, and I was not satisfied with the final result.
What concerned me the most was that the technician was on a video call during my appointment. This made me feel uncomfortable and worried about the hygiene and attention to detail while working on my nails.
The staff also came across as unprofessional, and the overall service did not meet expectations. Another issue was the payment situation – they only accepted cash, which was inconvenient as I didn’t have cash with me at the time.

Google Unwelcoming and to be honest, unfriendly experience today. Having gel removed after it was done in another salon on holiday for first time. Guy doing it was efficient but didnt enjoy listening to his nose and throat clearing throughout. Pretty disgusting habit.
Won't be returning.

Google Extremely greedy and money hungry people. Charge extra for everything. Low quality service. Wasn’t happy with something and they said to me “you can leave then”. I’ve been to many nail salons and this is the worst service I’ve ever received. Go elsewhere. These people don’t deserve the business with their terrible service.

We always aim to provide clear communication about our services, pricing, and the treatment process. During your appointment, our team explained several times that the curing process needed to be completed properly, as removing your hands from the lamp early could affect the gel colour result. We also checked with you multiple times throughout the service to make sure you were happy.
After the appointment, you contacted us requesting a colour change, and later returned asking for an upgrade to Cat Eye gel. As this is a premium add-on service, it does carry an additional charge.
We understand that not every experience will meet expectations, but we do feel it is important to present the full context of what happened. Our staff remained professional throughout and did their best to assist you. We wish you all the best moving forward.
