I've been attending this salon for nearly 1yr now and they usually do a good service for the price. What I don't appreciate is the way they make me feel. If I question cautiously anything, as I don't know everything when it comes to acrylic or background colours, they answer in a snappy way or huff and puff and then talk to each other regularly in their own language which is very rude. I'm sitting there and they do not converse with me, yet I see them conversing with other customers. Why? Best I don't say. I spend so much time apologising everytime they snap at me as I do not wish upset them.
Overall they often make me want to burst into tears.
I've decided that I shall use another nail technician. It will cost nearly double but for my piece of mind I'm willing to pay extra.
Such a shame. 😢

I usually go to the nail bar further up southmead road and they’re very hit and miss with how your nails look where they rush, they were busy yesterday so decided to try Nails Tech, I’m so pleased with their work, my nails are the best they’ve ever been, very friendly staff and they really get your nails the way you want them,a bit more expensive but I don’t mind paying more if the finish is so good.so I will use them going forward!

amazing service and experience with this place! i went a few days ago during a quiet period and they did an amazing job on my nails.
they're so friendly! striking up a conversation about my tattoo and also even grabbing a heat pack as it was a cold afternoon. and i'll definitely be back

Powder with gel polish £35. Great application and filing techniques. Especially appreciated the under nail attention that most nail salons I've been to ignore. Very happy with my new nails 😁

I’m upset and not happy. She cut my nails way to short before I had chance to notice, my own fault in looking at the tv. She also made me feel uncomfortable when i said the light was not on.
And I paid 30 for this service.
I am really feeling sad right now☹️

These guys are amazing - I only ever get gel nails but they always last longer here than anywhere else and they always do a really neat and attentive job. This time I got a french manicure which was done beautifully given it's my natural nail and not very long!

I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!
I attended today to have my toe nails done and the owner of the place wanted to use the same nail clippers and same nail filer that he used before on his previous client,without sterilizing them.
When I saw that,I asked him if he is going to use the same instruments on me,from the previous client without sterilizing them and he answered in a very rude way to me - YES, even in front of other client and he just went and let me go.
I visited this place like 3 or 4 times and both of them were very rude to me every time!
I had some fungus on my toe nails,but since I am attending to this place I have a lot more and now I know why is this!!!
