I think coming here years and the majority of staff have stuck around but there’s been a lot of changes over the years I suppose because the younger people want to go and do something different I know I don’t know but anyway my point is they’ve always been absolutely great, and the last time I have our nails done was the best ever and I should’ve taken his name. I will recognise him next time so I need to pop in find out his name and then book him with him because it was truly the best attention on detail ever. I really don’t know Happy how are you have a 3.9 overall rating because you’re always absolutely ram packed and you have to book or you have to wait a long time or if like me you live in Henleaze so it’s just up the road you can at least pop in so can I come back in an hour and go and do a bit of your shopping? Post Office all that kind of thing and then be able to pop back but it’s definitely worth it because it’s so professional and worth the weight🙌🏻🫶🏻
Not even cheap and cheerful. Warning. Speedy and cheap(ish), but not a nice experience. Had a deluxe manicure and my cuticles were red raw and stinging afterwards :( He nipped off all the cuticles so fast, one finger made me wince. Not service with smile, either. You feel like an inconvenience in there. Didn't feel relaxing at all. Plus, no card payment, cash only or bank transfer.
Really great pedicure from the young lady
Absolutely amazing experience this afternoon with my daughter getting her nails done for christmas. So much skill put into what she asked for. 5 massive stars from us, and a big thank you
Very friendly and great nails!
back again and no matter what design inspo I bring they’re able to perfectly replicate it and make my nails look fab!
Absolutely horrible rude staff made me bleed ruined my cuticles and nails chipped off after 3 days do better!!
I have given them 3 stars, because there is room for improvement, it’s definitely value for money, the receptionist can do better by smiling and be very welcoming and more pleasant. Overall the job was wasn’t bad, I had shellac. Places to improve, is customer service, I think language barrier does play a big part, they wasn’t rude but I feel better communication is key and can definitely improve, the person that was dealing with me couldn’t speak English. I found that the technician didn’t have attention to detail when applying the product and I had to tell them multiple times to cover the gaps and bubbles. They don’t use bond before applying the base coat, I found that when applying the cuticle oils they don’t rub in, they just leave you to do the job, hand cream isn’t offered. I found on the toes they don’t prep the cuticles before applying the shellac, I was expecting the cuticles to be pushed back at least, however, they did push the cuticles back on the hand nails so didn’t see why not on the toes. Timing isn’t punctual, for example they run over, mine was 20 minutes late, they over book they don’t have value for time, and they do rush off as they need to jump to next client, very robotic. They did have a tea and coffee machine but they didn’t offer considering I was waiting a long time. They are not good at giving advice on colours or helping you out with choices, communication is poor. I hope Alivia can take this feedback and improve in those areas, as I feel it would do them so much good, I didn’t have a problem as such, except for minors, but I hope they can up there game which will make them so much better. I would recommend this place as it is value for money. if they take the feed back as a positive it would improve their business. Also some advice, maybe eating on the counter isn’t professional all I can hear was crunching on food. Maybe have short breaks to eat in the back. Overall, my nails were ok and if you are looking for a quick stop then this is place.

Trust me, incorporating this into your grooming habits will make a noticeable difference. It's all worthwhile for your overall personal hygiene and appearance.
Give it a try, and see the transformation for yourself! After all, why do you think research states that 86% of women attend to get their nails professionally serviced! You and I deserve the same treatment. Please note, when you see me in there once a month, I am not security staff 😂
Paid to have my shellac nail polish removed by this salon(which wasn’t cheap and was the same salon I got the shellac from in the first place) and they just used an electric drill to get it off rather than soaking in acetone. This not only hurt as it got very hot, burned me and caused me to have to pull my hand away several times, it also damaged my natural nails for months afterwards as they were soft and broke easily. Obviously this is a quicker way for them to remove shellac but not the recommended way and also not reflected in the price for removal! This salon used to soak off shellac. Such a shame it is more about the money for them now than the nail care of their regular clients
Honestly had the best experience getting my nails done, Ling was amazing- not only was she super fast but really knowledgeable and helped recommend how to keep my nails as natural as possible but still having the length I wanted. First time going here and I will definitely be back, so happy with the results and saw the girl who was before me- she got the most incredible nail art done. Felt a bit boring picking French manicure when I saw how fabulous Ling was doing nail art haha.
Really good value too. Very happy all round.
Will be back.
The customer service was just disgusting tbh if you are going to have your nails done there I would request Jacob as he seems to be the only one there qualified to actually be doing nails.
