Google Really disappointed with my experience here. The nail tech used a drill to remove my gel and insisted multiple times that it was builder gel, even after I told her it was regular gel polish. I also asked her to be careful because I did not want my natural nails damaged, but she completely ignored me.
My nails were healthy and strong and are now incredibly thin, bendy and genuinely hurt.
I understand gel removal involves some filing, but this was excessive and careless.
I would avoid this place. There are much better nail salons in the city centre and further up Gloucester Road.

Google Dirty salon! I came here for a pedicure recently and my toe hurt while she done my cuticles but didnt think much of it … its been hurting ever since and it became red and swollen and infected i had to go to the doctors to get antibiotic cream! The lady doing them was unprofessional rude and didnt speak a word to me even when i needed to take my feet out the water she tapped my foot instead of communicating. The fact my toe had been bad ever since and is now oozing with pus speaks volumes on the hygiene of this salon! Avoid do not go to this place

Google Best salon in the whole of Bristol. My gels stay on for 1 month when I get them done at Mimis.

Google Dont go here. The gel on my nails came off an hour later and I went back in and they were super angry and the lady redoing them was being aggressive with my feet. She put my right foot in hot water and I told her it was too hot and she insisted in putting my foot in. They look terrible and the following day I have a rash on my right foot and they don’t want to refund me.

First of time,thank you, but we don’t agree with what you said. Firstly, you called to haggle with us, and we agreed to do it for you at a much cheaper price than other customers. The paint chipping or other problems are something almost no one wants to happen. We also apologize to you when you came to get it fixed, but you came with an attitude that wasn’t about fixing it , but rather demanding a refund. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refund. We also apologize called you and said that if you weren’t happy we would still fix it, You also threatened us, saying that if we didn’t pay , you would expose us,

Google I don’t usually leave negative reviews but i feel like i need to address this. I have been to this nail salon a couple of times. Although they do a good job in terms of nail designs etc, their service during my last visit wasn't up to par. It was very rushed and distracted that led to them scraping bit of my skin off near my knuckles. The person that did this didn’t care to apologise either and continued to file my nails vigorously.
