The Manager gave me very good service very attentive, price, chatty and experience.

After one of her staff gave me a bad experience, a middle eastern lady, no approachable, man handled me, the buffer machine, on going...hit my upper hand.

I was in shocked as l suffer from hyperpigmentation
Overall all lovely salon

The welcome is truly warm, and you feel comfortable right away. The staff are incredibly attentive, patient, gentle, and very professional.
I had a gel pedicure, and the result is perfect 😍

First of all they hurt my finger causing it to be bleed then charged me £40 even though the price menu said it should be £25-£30 for plain French tip nails which is what I got. I’m extremely frustrated of the quality of the services at this salon. I will not be returning.

Myself, my girlfriend and her freinds visit this Salon frequently, as such I find it hard to believe the last two, frankly, unfair reviews. I did notice there was a new member of staff, and with respect i think she was a little inexperienced.The girls at this salon are very polite, respectful, helpful and skilled to the extent I feel I have to defend them and their skills!!

I highly rate this salon, the customer service and hard work these ladies put in to their work.

Please just read their reviews and you will read how good they really are.

If i could give 0 stars i would.

This place is an absolute joke! How do they make profit? I arrived at 4pm i was greeted by a lady who asked how she could help, i sat down after asking for “infills” (in quotation marks for a reason, will explain in a minute.)

She then proceeded to do a rubbish job of removing the previous nail colour with her drill, (Photo shown below). This took her 15 minutes which to me is crazy. She then said to me to sit and wait because all the nail techs were “busy” understandable, the wait was supposedly 15 minutes.

When i sat down the lady who attempted to remove my colour then started doing her Co workers nails. They then proceeded to take the mick out of me all because i had asked for an infill not a “refill”. Honestly thought i was in a room full of parrots because they were going “re re re fill haha”.

After about half an hour of waiting these two ladies mocking me started moping about the salon, mind you 4 people waiting incl me. There was one Lady doing nails and the rest were doing eyebrows.

It got to about 5pm and i was next, until i wasnt, the only nail lady started doing something else. At about 5:30 i walked out and went to a different place that had my nails done in 30 mins, Do NOT recommend.
