I've been using the service for about a year, with good experience until yesterday. I had booked ahead and showed what design I wanted. I was told they could do it.

The first nail tech clearly didn't know what he was doing and I immediately pointed it out. He simply dismissed me. After more than an hour of absolute rubbish, another nail tech took over and managed to get the nails done. Of course, a far cry from the design I requested and paid £68 for. I was there for 5 hours!

I’m actually pretty upset. I’ve been coming here for around three years and have NEVER had an issue. I moved away from Bristol so haven’t been back for a while, but went to get some infills today. First of all I got told I needed to take the nails off and get a full set, even after explaining they’ve only been on for a few weeks, but fine. I wanted French tip with chrome, not only was I passed around between people who kept whispering and laughing but it also took 1 hr 45 mins, for a set of infills?? I ended up saying I don’t want the chrome anymore, due to how long it was taking. I then get to pay, didn’t ask about the loyalty card and it was £48?! For French tips???
Honestly baffled at the whole experience.

i’ve been going here for around a year now & feel like i haven’t found a better nail salon in bristol to the degree i have come online to write a review about them! they are so good with making sure everything is up to such a high standard really take care of your opinion as a customer on what you want & making sure you are HAPPY!! i really love feeling beyond satisfied with my nails and the service given! here are photos from my nails today but every time i leave i am so happy!

I've been here a few times now and had a different tech each time. Today I went in after not getting my nails done for a month, so they were quite long, (~6/7mm of growth on top of what already were pretty long natural nails). I asked for a fair bit of length of and specified not more than half. The tech, who was quite rude, cut the nails off completely. He did two before he looked at me and asked if its okay. It wasnt okay but I only do gel on natural nails, don't like glued extensions, so I just said it is what it is. On top of that the whole nail job was sloppy and cost me £40. I didn't have a chance to look at them closely before leaving as I was in a rush, otherwise I would have complained there and then. I absolutely hate these nails, overall a bad experience.

Had a few visits here have really liked the outcome of the nails however when they drill they drill the nails temperature is so high it burns. I wish they would just take more care I believe the equipment use is pretty strong.

Very professional acrylic nails, I did not have to wait long even though they were busy. I was very pleased with my nails and they lasted a long time and still looked good.
I will return in the future and would recommend this salon

Very kind professional staff. I brought in a design, and they made my nails look amazing. They took their time to make it look as good as possible. I got a matching pedicure. Happy customer, would recommend. Also, it is a very clean salon, I appreciate the attention to cleanliness.
