My daughter had her hands and feet done. Terrible service they looked awful cut her hands was rude to her and degrading. She asked them to remove them as they were all different lengths and shapes the owner said he would sort it out and only charge her half price he didn’t sort it out and still charged her. Disgusting avoid

Unsanitary, none of the instruments used had been sanitised and were just jammed together in a holder. Unfriendly to the point of hostile. I would never return to this salon.

Staff were rude and technician cut my fingers many times from filing too hard
Price was 5 pounds higher than quoted and no explanation as to why
Pretend not to take cash to avoid tax- sent me on a long stressful journey to get cash only to provide a card machine when I came back
They also didn't wear gloves or masks, and the desks were dirty.

This business is clearly selfish and greedy, they care more about money than customer service. Save yourself the money and also avoid contributing to an unethical business! There are many better nail salons in Cabot.

I got a pedicure done here.it was the most painful hour of my life.they were rushing through the service not caring if it was hurting me or not.also got a small cut on my leg from the scrub.I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone who wants good service.

All I asked for was removal of hard gel nails. I was charged £10 and the nail tech did not do a good job at all, the hard gel was not removed thoroughly. The store also smelled terribly like it was not ventilated at all, I had all kinds of chemicals up my nose.
