Diguested at the appaling 'service' i received 17/11/25. Can honestly say i have never been spoken to like that in a shop in my life!!! Apparently customers are a nuisance asking for stock...!? So rude, lazy, and unhelpful! Clearly dont know what customer service is! Go to boots over the road!

Your staff at the yorks monks cross store are incredibly rude. I looked up to see a girl approaching a till I said hi as I thought she was going to go on till and help with the queue. I was wrong, she turned around and Ignored me and pretended I didn’t exist. She went and stood next to her friend to chat. I then get called forward say hi again, they continue their conversation no acknowledgment. I tap my card and then stand there waiting, they’re still talking. I ask if card payment has gone through a quick yep. No offer of a receipt or anything. So I say great thanks. I never usually go to Superdrug, will stick to boots in the future. Never known such horrible service and rude manners. This was on the 23/08/25 @ 13:25.

Bought a hair dye today (Monks Cross) with the help from a lovely member of staff called Kim. She was very helpful and took time out to help me decide which one to choose from that wld suit me. Lovely lady. Wld highly recommend her if yr unsure of what hair products/colours etc to choose from. Very knowledgeable.

I had the best experience yesterday when visiting this store to buy foundation for my wedding makeup. I am not a make-up user, so I sought out the help of a staff member and I couldn't be more happy with the help I received. Abi was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I left the store confident and happy with my purchases. Thankyou.

Gave one star but only because I had too. Took my daughter to have eyebrows threaded for the first time so she felt a bit anxious. The lady who did the eyebrows was so rude, unprofessional and had absolutely no social skills. Would definitely not recommend

if i could give no stars to the lady who did my eyebrows i would. I came here today to hopefully get my brows looking a bit better and now i feel way worse about them, i feel embarrassed to even be in public with them. my eyebrows i’ve tried to grow out and she has made them as thin as she could, taking a lot of hair off making them shorter especially on the front. she was very rushed and rude if i wasn’t putting my hand in the right place, she was very demanding. Very rushed job and would not reccomend to anybody as all i’ve done is left upset and disappointed and wished i had just done them myself.One of them is also way bigger than the other and they are very uneven. she also left multiple hairs around my eyebrows and hadn’t properly done the job. She also wouldn’t let me use my points card and refused to do it as she said she was leaving soon and her friend was waiting for her

I don't usually leave reviews; however, I experienced terrible customer service at the threading bar today. Unfortunately, the threading lady was very rude. For some reason, she thought it would be appropriate to comment on my thin patchy eyebrows, which I think was unprofessional and unnecessary. Needless to say, I will not be returning. It's a shame because she did a good job; however, she was just rude.

Just want to say how phoebe from your monks cross store was so helpful to me today. Truly amazing I came with a list of things for my grandchildren and I didn't know where to begin she found everything I wanted and also explained the products to me. Fantastic
