I think you gave the review wrong place where you got your nails done. It may in other place, not ours. My staff are always friendly, nice and kind with our clients. We have been trained and taught that we need to be grateful our clients, who bring job for us, that’s why we have never rude with our clients even though sometimes someone does not be nice to us. And I am sure our staff never watching his or her phone while doing nails, our salon has CCTV with sound recording so I do not think someone watching the phone while doing nails. That’s not right as our job need high pay attention and take care the clients. Please double check and give the review in the correct Salon

I am sorry you weren’t happy with our service; and sorry for the payment machine doesn’t get good signal recently. I think maybe because the machine doesn’t work properly caused our staff maybe be annoyed and made you feeling he or she is rude. We will try our best to improve our services. We are looking after our clients’ nails nearly 10 years so far with the best products and services and we will try all our best to improve better and better.
