i owe natural nails my life. i went to a different nail salon and hated them! i went to natural straight after and they fixed my nails like nothing i’ve seen. took them from short to long. i had no hope but they rlly saved me for only the cost of a set of nails- not for their extra work. majorca in the morning and all is well now! thank you guys 🤍

Terrible experience. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT AN INFECTION ! I would leave zero stars if it would allow me. I booked a manicure and pedicure both without polish. The cost was £43 and honestly my kids would have done a better job. The lady was rude and uninterested and skipped corners all throughout. The tools were visibly dirty and I could see they had not been sterilised like the salons I am used to going to. I usually go to Natural nails in Bromsgrove and they are a million times better. And now some of my issues which are below and some pics :-
She tried to tidy up my cuticles on my hands with a drill. And she left most of the cuticles unremoved !!!
She filed my nails until they were dull with no buffing which was totally unnecessary and damaging.
She didn't remove any of my dry skin from my feet!!!!! Which was the whole purpose.
She didn't clean my toenails !!
I even asked if she was going to use the hot towel which is a normal procedure which she blank declined.
The tools were wiped after use ready for the next person not even washed.
And I could go on and on.
Never using these guys again.

Went in to get my biab soaked off. Instead of soaking it off they drilled it off. I got the feeling they just wanted me in and out the store. As a result my nails have been ruined, completely over filed and now they keep breaking. Terrible service would not recommend to anyone.

Best nail shop I have ever been to everyone is so friendly and I just feel so comfortable being in there also they take their time with your nails preping then and doing your design I definitely recommend. Nail art is a 10/10 so good and will ask you after every step if your happy.

Great nails Lena is my nail technician and Cindy the owner is professional and friendly. Always have a total pamper with manicure and pedicure. Lots of colours and designs on offer at reasonable prices.

Booked an appointment for gel only on my nails Very happy with the service provided the lady who did my nails did a fantastic job they look beautiful exactly the colour I wanted to match my dress I'm wearing for a special occasion. I would definitely go back again to this salon.

First visit here today, very impressed with the variety of colours wow. Had my toe nails painted after removing old gel. Great job by the male working there. Will visit again thank you :-)

For over a year I have been going to natural nails and I go, not just for my nails to look pretty, but the immaculate service. I book in advance which I recommend and in less than 10 mins past the time of my appointment, I am seen. My favourite lady is Lena 🤗 she never lets me down, she does the best foot and leg massages ♥️

I travel all the way from Birmingham just to get my nails done at Natural Nails — that’s how elite they are. 💅🏽 They’re hands down the best in the business and never miss. This time, they gave me a gorgeous cat eye effect with a pink crystal base and floral accents — the detail is unreal! 😍

I only get my nails done by the best, and they consistently come through. So sis, don’t sleep on them during your hot girl summer era — you deserve nails that glow and slay. 💖🔥

Booked for gel nails, but the technician decided to give me Biab, I’d not been before so didn’t question what he was doing as didn’t know the process. Then tried to charge me double the amount of the gel( biab price) An easy way to con people by pretending not to understand! Had to have biab all taken off and start again with gels. Would not go back again out of principle!.. some people may have given in and just paid, but I was definitely mot going to. Also the lamps were too hot, and my fingers felt like they were burning, so I would also question the safety of the equipment! AVOID!!
