Always excellent! Everyone within the salon are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is ever too much. Sarah is amazing!! She goes above and beyond. Never felt comfortable going to the hairdressers before. But I return constantly now. Even having to them do my bridal hair and all my bridesmaids soon, because they are that awesome. Just carry on being great guys Lauren xx

I Would definately reccomend Sam at Mirror Mirror, she listens to want you want to achieve with your hair. I felt amazing after Sam higlighted, cut n blow & curled my hair.
Very happy and will return to the salon to book in with Sam.

Yesterday afternoon, Samantha pierced my vertical labret! I’ve been pierced in loads of different places across Redditch and this has been my best experience I’ve ever had!! She was very gentle and reassuring, she was amazing with talking me through it as I am a very nervous person usually haha, but I am so thankful I’ve come across her as a piercer I was so relaxed and was out of there in no time it looks beautiful thank you so much!!❤️ I can say for sure I will be going there for the rest of my piercings I want to get! 🥰

I rang up the salon asking if they could fit me in last minute to fix a patchy bleach job I’d had done elsewhere, and Chelsea honestly worked magic on my hair! She was so kind and lovely to talk to, and really professional in her work. I was blown away by what she achieved, and will definitely be coming back to her in the future! Thank you all so much again ladies!

Just wanting to share my experience here, I had my belly button pierced at mirror mirror Redditch about 9 months ago now, however I initially knew something was wrong with it because as soon as the needle went in, the young girl who was piercing me said something unusual about how tough it was to go in? anyway, she pierced the skin above my belly button, not my actually belly button. my anatomy is perfectly fine for a belly piercing as told by other piercers but the job she did was absolutely awful. i have had none stop issues with this piercing and countless infections that i’ve managed to keep at bay for around 1 week at a time and then it comes back again, and don’t get me started on the fact it’s wonky lol. please do not get pierced here, they are lovely people but not experienced in the slightest and have no clue what they’re really doing (hence the prices).

I immediately knew I was in safe hands. Listened to what I wanted, advised how we could achieve it and I came out looking and feeling fabulous - Thank you :)
