I’ve been to this clinic several times now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Beth is incredible at what she does — she’s so knowledgeable, professional, and always makes me feel completely comfortable and reassured. She really listens to what you want and gives honest advice.

Every treatment I’ve had has turned out exactly how I hoped — natural, subtle, and really confidence-boosting. You can tell Beth genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in achieving the best results.

The clinic itself is always spotless, welcoming, and relaxing too. I’d highly recommend to anyone considering aesthetic treatments — you’re in very safe hands here.

Offer Mesotox, it’s not traditional Mesotox. Something I’ve had done a few times. Asked for refund they didn’t offer me a refund. Very disappointed. The facial did nothing and isn’t actually Mesotox it’s just microneedling. Would recommend end going to a more reputable clinic

I’ve just completed a 4-day aesthetics course covering microneedling, tox, advanced tox, dermaplaning and polynucleotides, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough.

Beth was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her knowledge is exceptional, and she explains everything so clearly and confidently, making even the more advanced treatments feel approachable and achievable. Attended Training at this salon. Paid a fortune for what was “extremely Basic.”
Barely discussed basic anatomy. They couldn’t answer simple safety and follow up questions. Had to practically teach myself using independent research. This is extremely concerning when you consider how many non medics are being trained up by this place. They won’t know how awful the quality of this training is and will then be allowed to inject products into unsuspecting faces. Don’t waste your money. Get better training and beware of using this place for treatments. Also not following procedures and guidelines with Botox treatments. Insurance will be voided if anything bad happens.

I had my first PRP hair treatment with Emily at The Aesthetics Room today and it was brilliant.

Firstly, the salon is beautiful and smells great.

Secondly, Emily has such a lovely, bright, calming personality that it made having the PRP treatment 'almost' enjoyable :-)

Finally, I have previously had blood taken numerous times and several PRP treatments and I can honestly say that this was the best experence I have had yet.

Emily was extremely knowledgeable about PRP and aftercare and her thoroughness in providing the treatment was exceptional.

Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back for more PRP treatment :-)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars all day everyday for Beth at The Aesthetic Room Bromsgrove! I completed my training with Beth last year and I can honestly say it was fantastic. Beth is really welcoming and put me at ease straight away bearing in mind it’s daunting process when you first start out. The training was thorough, we spent a lot of time going through theory as well there being lots of model slots for me to carry out treatments. By the end of the week I was fully confident in what Beth had taught me and felt ready to do it on my own. 8 months in and my business is thriving and Beth is always on hand to help me if I have a question or concern about anything! If you want to start a business in aesthetics then you need to contact Beth, I can’t thank her enough 🫶🏼
