Had my hair done by Tina and the whole experience was fantastic. She listened at the initial consultation and I could tell she put every effort into making sure my hair was perfect for attending an upcoming event. She was friendly and meticulous and made me feel very comfortable during the process. She did a fade as good as my regular barber and even gave me a great beard trim. Unbelievable value for money. Thank you so much Tina! Definitely a gem in Bromsgrove.

I am extremely thankful that this salon managed to accommodate me for a hair wash and dry despite my lack of an appointment. However, I was initially quoted £11, and to my astonishment, the final amount was £26.40. I inquired about the reason for this unexpected price increase, and I was informed that it was due to the stylist combing my hair. It seems quite unjust to impose this additional charge on me at the time of payment, especially without prior warning. I strongly suggest that any services incurring extra costs should be communicated more transparently to customers in the future. Although a refund was issued, the atmosphere during this process felt rather unfriendly, and the overcharge has negatively impacted my first experience at the salon. On a positive note, my hair certainly feels better now.

So impressed with Tina @ hairs and gracies. My daughter and myself were booked in for a trim, however the day before my daughter had an accident with a home colour ! I called to ask if she could do a last minute repair, the day before our appointment. She took such care to detail and fixed the mess-up caused.
Thankyou Tina you have a very happy 18 year old and Mum. Will definitely be coming back.

Chloe was amazing and gave me my first gel manicure for my wedding. Spectacular outcome and I had a fab time chatting and asking daft questions about the kit.
The Halloween, Christmas and other event style nails look amazing, I think its the start of a regular process. Halloween nails for sure!!

I HONESTLY cannot speak highly enough about the lovely few hours of pamper and relaxation I had today!

After what can only be described as a rough start to the year after being in hospital; I REALLY needed a pamper and so last night after a good old groupon session I bought a gel manicure, microdermabrasion and Hopi ear candle treatment.

Chloe was simply FANTASTIC! It’s always a little daunting when you think about going somewhere new for a beauty treatment but I felt so comfortable, relaxed and confident in her abilities and genuinely felt so at ease!

So thank you, it REALLY helped and I cannot tell you how much just a bit of me time gave me some real relief! ❤️‍🩹

Added bonus; I was super lucky after a cancellation to get a last minute well needed haircut which I LOVE!

Fantastic salon! Staff are friendly and helpful. I have my gel nails done with Chloe once a month and the service is amazing! Well worth a visit!
