Google I’ve previously had great experiences here, which is why I returned for a gel manicure today. Unfortunately, the application was uneven with raised edges and doesn’t look or feel professionally finished.
As I was preparing for a trip, this was particularly disappointing. I hope the salon can address this, as I know the standard here can be much better.

Google I have been using Natural Nails in Bromsgrove for around 6 years now. I have tried lots of other nail places before this, and whilst I am away, but they are the best by far! I’ve never come out of there disappointed with my nails. The staff are so lovely and really look after you, even bring you drinks whilst your nails are being done! They always have the most recent product’s available. I recommend them to all my friends and colleagues.

Google Awful customer service the lady made me feel really uncomfortable then poked me with her nails and didn't apologise! Then after the tried telling me what to do i said I was leaving and the were laughing as I left the shop. Made me actually cry !

However, we would like to clarify that no manicure service was carried out and no treatment had begun
You were welcomed politely, offered a seat several times, and provided with a brand new-new face mask opened in front of you for hygiene purposes. Our tools were prepared, but when asked to place your hand in the water to begin the manicure, you decided not to continue with the service
We sincerely apologised at the time, even though no treatment took place. Hygiene, cleanliness and customer comfort are extremely important to us , and many of our regular clients can confirm this

Google I have been a customer at natural nails for around 3 years but this has now stopped. I booked an appointment to have one of my nails fixed at 12 (after only having them for 4 days) and when I arrived it was very busy so I was told to come back in a hour. After waiting an hour and also having to extend my parking, I had to wait another 30 minutes, now totalling my wait to a hour and a half. This was very disappointing as I had booked and would rather have been told to come another day. Will not be returning.
