Went in for an infill, I hadn’t been to this shop for a few years and it seems to have gone downhill. The place was filthy, my nails are thick, different shapes and every nail had patches completely missed by polish. When I returned back in after noticing this, my nail was just filed roughly to remove the end of the nail. Such a shame, this was a lovely place.

Had my nails done here today showed them pic of what I wanted not only did they not look anything like what I asked for they cut me while doing them so in total my nails cost me 74.00 today as had to go to another nail bar to get them sorted and why every time I’ve been to you do you swop nail tech halfway through utter rubbish won’t be coming back

First time going to this salon. I filed my nails at home and asked to them not to file them again, I spent ages growing my nails all the same length and long, to get them to my desired shape ( oval ) . The lady just looked at me but clearly didn’t understand me, yet didn’t ask anyone else what I said. She took the file and quickly started filing one nail short and square !! Completely ruined the shape . Then another man painted French tips and quite frankly done a botched job , uneven and he done the short nail really thick white, which made it look even worse compared to the rest . One nail is all bumpy, from where he applied the top coat unevenly. I will not be coming back

First time using this nail shop. Online I was quoted £25 for full set of acrylics. I asked for a simple French manicure which means they used a pink powder to set the nail and a tiny amount of white polish for the tip. Upon paying I was told £40. Please do not believe the price list. Before having nails done ask for a price

I just wanted some simple gel on my nails and thought I’d treat myself getting it done here. Worst idea I’ve had!! They rushed and there was residual all over my finger !! I couldn’t done a better job than that. It already chipped a few hours after and it looks so carelessly done. Don’t waste your time.

Nice I got an acrylics infill done and it’s very happy it was £35 which I think is quite good since I’ve paid £42 for wonky bad French tips before
