I visited today and overall the place seems nice, but my experience was affected by one staff member. The lady who did my nails was quite rude when I asked for a small change. It made the experience uncomfortable. I hope the management can address this, as customer service really matters.

Very poor service! Had my nails done and in 3 days they started peeling off…don’t recommend at all, waste of time and money…

Very bad do not recommend the women rushed my nail so much they had to be repainted again by a different person because she missed all the sides on every nail and they had no shape to them just look awfull there is hardly any colours only had these on for a week and all the paint has chipped off do not go here if you want nice nails 🙄

Not impressed.

- Delayed appointment, no apology (15 mins)
- The entire appointment felt rushed (mani/pedi shellac) 35 mins for both!!!
- I requested shorter nails but she cut them very short for my holiday, I could of cried 😭

Ugly nails for my trip, gutted!!

I won't ever be going there again, throughly disappointed!!

I would highly recommend do not go to the shop. She is very abusive and rude to her customers. I suggest go elsewhere and the work is absolutely terrible after just one day they are coming off so avoid were all cost

Rude staff who made me bleed and pulled my hands around. Spoke blatantly about me in there language and said they could do a design that they couldn't then told me it did look like what I wanted and charged me £5 extra 4a design I hated. Been 3a good few times but will not return as been a problem with same girl 2x and she's just rude
