Google Shame. I booked an appointment, which was confirmed to get my eyebrows sorted before my wedding. When I turned up I was simply told ‘no men’. No explanation. The beauty bar at Asda were happy to help!

Google Eyebrow threading and tint. Highly recommend. The shape and colour are always exactly as I would want (without really knowing how to explain what I want).
Friendly staff, always welcoming. Even better they accept walk-ins. So for people like me who is not always organised this is perfect.
Cherry on the cake - there is free parking outside. No driving around looking for a space or spending money.
It’s so good even my mum goes when visiting from Bristol. Rather than go somewhere nearer to her home.

Google Despite their website and Google listing their hours as 10:00am to 6:00pm on Tuesdays, I arrived at 4:30pm only to find them closed. This is particularly frustrating given that they claim to welcome walk-ins. I attempted to call ahead, but the phone rang continuously and eventually went to voicemail, with no indication that the business was closed for the day. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident; it has happened before. Such unreliable operating practices reflect poorly on the management, and I will certainly not be returning.

There is usually a sign outside the salon saying “Walk ins Welcome but there is no guarantee we can always accommodate on the spot every time. We always recommend clients book in advance.
On the particular day you mentioned above, member of staff was sick and had to close Earley. This was out of our control.
We did return your call the next day and left a voicemail asking you to call the salon so could book your appointment. Thank you
