Last year I booked a Japanese head spa in the Salisbury branch for my wife on her birthday. On the day, she went to the salon, and waited... and waited... and the therapist never showed up.

The treatment was rebooked and my wife enjoyed the treatment when she finally had it. So putting it down to one of those things, I booked her another treatment on her birthday for this year.

Guess what... just a few days before... treatment cancelled... disappointed wife... at least we got notice this time.

They did offer a reschedule but it wasn't convenient so we turned it down. She's now booked in with a different provider who she has used a number of times without issue, and won't be going back in a hurry.

Don't bother with this salon if you are booking for a specific date or occasion as they will probably let you down.

I have had 2 brazillian wax’s and I’ve had Lucy, she’s super chatty and makes me feel so comfortable. The wax doesn’t really hurt too much when I go! I recommend going there and having Lucy!!❤️

Absolutely amazing experience. Hettie was very professional. The japanese head massage was so relaxing and worth every penny. I also had the the foot and lower leg massage, which she slotted in-between hair treatments, so was a continuous relaxing experience. I will see you again soon.

Give this girl (Hetty) a pay rise! She was fantastic. It was my first time in this kind of environment as I'm used to a sport therapist room and when you're a fella of my age I was slightly nervous and apprehensive, but Hetty made me feel at ease and welcome. I'll definitely be back again. I highly recommend it all but her shoulders, scalp and facial is where it's at!!! I feel like a changed man 🙌🙌

I go to Vita Spa every fortnight and have a deep tissue or signature massage - it is a great experience and even relaxing!! Have had other treatments here and they are all very expertly done and the staff are delightful.
