I have one year since I go here and I made my nails and two last times was horrible . They are every time in the rush , they don’t put accent on details and also the staff is really rude , if you told them you don’t like something , they look at you like you did a mistake . I ask for something and they do something different . I am really upset in this situation . However , they have problem with hygiene and that don’t clean their things like actually they need to do .

I contacted the salon beforehand to ask if they could do my BIAB without using any electric tools, and I was assured this wouldn’t be a problem. However, when I arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman who asked what I currently had on my nails. I explained that I had booked in for a BIAB infill and had specifically requested no electric tools.

Despite this, he began using an electric file. I asked him to do it by hand, but this was ignored. I had to ask again for him to stop, and he responded by saying he would “do it gently,” rather than stopping altogether.

The BIAB used also didn’t seem like the kind used in other salons — it was much thicker and left my nails looking bulky. I left feeling very disappointed, as my nails now look more like cheap acrylics rather than BIAB.

I was particularly disappointed that my request — which had already been agreed to beforehand — wasn’t respected during the appointment. It made the whole experience quite frustrating. My nails now feel and look nothing like BIAB, and I’m having to get them redone elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon for BIAB. They may be good for acrylics and nail art, but the BIAB service was not up to standard.
