Absolute shambles of a salon. Very poor communication between staff which left me with a devastated child crying her eyes out because her birthday treat was ruined. Asked and booked in for a 3yr old basic paint. Rung the salon to confirm, spoke with someone who wasn’t sure the lady painted children’s nails but promised she would ring me back the next day if any issues. Heard nothing and received a text to confirm appt. Go there today to be told no sorry no insurance to cover this. This I completely understand and is not the lady’s fault but a total shambles from the salon. Extremely poor communication, also stood waiting ages before anyone even appeared. Would most definitely not recommend to anyone !!!

I see Jane occasionally for wax and always very pleased, super experienced and very minimal pain! Daisy does my lash lifts and she is very lovely, always chatty and letting
me know the next step which is appreciated when you can’t see! Recommend beauty one for any service and any of the ladies 🪷🧘🏼‍♀️

I love this place, I was just passing through for a day in Salisbury, I risked asking Sunday for Monday to have a date via Instagram, the girls answered me immediately, I had my eyebrows threaded and Hollywood waxed with Jane, I couldn't have had a better time😂😂 seriously , She's amazing!! Super nice, she gave me gorgeous eyebrows, no harm done with the waxing, and she is a lovely person, she made me feel like I was her lifelong client. I certainly plan to return again. Thank you Jane you were incredible. 💗💗💗💗

Very professional full Hollywood wax and even dealt with me being over 15 minutes late at my Christmas appointment and exceeded expectations with the attention to detail in such a quick alloted time span. I visit Daisy here who is a kind young lady very professional and makes you feel at complete ease! After 33 years I had my 1st wax with her and I wouldn't ever look back and will continue to have her look after me. I can't thank the recommendation from a local hairdressers (miss tiffs) enough as I am very grateful to of found this diamond beauty shop and Daisy as a beautician.
