Went for BIAB with extensions but didn’t get the extensions even though I requested this, nails badly done for the of £30 ridiculous money for two layer of BIAB and a top coat. I’ve had BIAB so many times and this has to be the worst one yet will not be returning

My daughter came in to get her acrylics and i ended up having a pedicure, we were in there for 3 hours and they had left me in the foot bath for about 20 minutes leaving the water to get cold. They had made my daughters finger bleed (not cleaning it up or even apologising) and was bending her finger every-way possible, leaving her fingers very sore and her nail bed aching under the acrylics, let alone they did a crap job with the painting leaving it on her skin and it just being wonky. Service was very poor and i do not recommend going there!

Awful. They removed a set of acrylics for me and in the process destroyed my nails including cutting the nail plate on my pinky finger. Despite this they charged me full price (£12) very disappointed
