Is this place a slave shop ? Nail tech spoke not a single word to me, ignored my request.. over sanded nail.. Builder put on so thick to be ridiculous... avoid.

Really unreliable and bad nail polish!!!
I went there with an appointment and unfortunately got there 5 minutes late as my bus was late.When I then finally arrived there ,I sat down ,chose my nail colour and was ready to get my nails done, they told me that they can’t do my appointment because I was late and they have other clients coming soon. Although when I went there previously I had to wait an extra 25 minutes to finally get my nails done.Therefore,I would not recommend going there if you actually want your nails done in time as they are really unreliable!

We highly value the time of all our scheduled customers, we were unable honor your last appointment.
You have visited us twice, both of visits you came late at least 20 minutes. When you came , you took about 30 minutes to choose a colour, you even called your mum to choose it for you bit it didn’t even work out. Unfortunately we were unable to let the next client to wait for an hour for her appointment therefore we had to refuse serving your appointment.

Worst nails in my life, got recommend by a friend and they’re horrible, flat with no apex and some are tilted up. Would not recommend ever.

Hi there.
First of all, we would like to thank for your visiting our salon. And we are so sorry to hear you didn’t have a great experience with us.
Secondly, we believe your feedback isn’t fair and right about us.
At no point throughout the treatment or even before you mentioned that you’d like to have an apex shape of nail. We only do apex shape when clients request (you are the first ever in our salon). Almost of our customers would like to have natural looking nails whereas apex is bulky and thick.
Beside that, your nails were utterly short due to nail biting properly . The nail technique did a miracle work to put an amazing set of nails and beautiful nail art. However he received no appreciation whatsoever.
Additionally, We offered you to return and repair to make the way you wish, the nails you are happy with and sacrifice with our service but you refused and only wanted the money back. We are so sorry we are unable to do so.

Finally, this is another lesson for us to learn. And we hope you will find somewhere else to serve the way you wish.

I find the prices extremely reasonable for the service that they provide. Kind and caring staff and always go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. 😃

I have been going to Olivia’s Nails since I was 14 years old I’m now 21 and they have never done a bad job! Amazing nails every single time! I always come in each time with a new wild request and nothing ever phases them!
Definitely recommend.
