Turned up this morning as a walk in ( no appointment ) to be greeted by two lovely young lady’s and a delightful little puppy!!

They Couldn’t be more helpful, fitted me in straight away. Place was very clean and tidy.

Booked an appointment for my eyebrows to be coloured on arrival i was met by a very polite young lady who spent time asking about colour and shape to ensure I was not dissatisfied with the outcime. I explained that my brows are sparce and that I can't shape then myself. Unfortunately I was not very helpful as I'm not particularly good at this sort of thing.
I have to say I was over the moon with the results. 100% ill be making this a regular treatment with the salon. Thank you 😊

This would be zero stars if that was possible.
I was very much looking forward to my hair cut, blow dry and re style that I had booked over a month ago for 12th September in the afternoon. I have booked off half a day from my work too as there were not any later appointments available. This was hopefully going to be my new hair salon. Today I get a cancellation email message without any explanation for my appointment with Jodi. Their database had sent it. I am not worth anymore to them than this automated message and really do not appreciate being treated like this, customer service non existent even though they have my contact details to speak to me seeing as they are the ones cancelling my appointment. Such a shame as I have been there for excellent waxing treatments. I am so so so disappointed 😞. Harrington's please understand the value of talking to your customers as that would have meant the world to me to have had an explanation and interaction and could've rebooked with another stylist if Jodi was not available.
Update instead I am offered to contact Harrington's for Jodie's contact details as she has moved on which misses the point that I was looking forward to visiting Harrington's and treating myself via them

Let me start by saying the staff were lovely and friendly. That's the good bit. I'm not one for complaining and I really don't like to do it but, I had a gel manicure yesterday which I used a gift voucher for. It wasn't until I got outside that I could see how thick and lumpy my nails were. They looked awful, I had to take it off as soon as I got home. So unfortunately I won't be returning or recommending.
Edit....Abi contacted me to apologise (possibly due to a new gel polish). She has offered to redo them free of charge at a time convenient to me. Which is much appreciated.
