Watching Sarah build her business from doing nails in her mum’s conservatory many many years ago to owning her own beautiful salon, By Sarah, has been a privilege to see. Nothing has ever been handed to her, every single thing she’s achieved has come from pure talent, hard work, and an unbelievable passion for what she does.

She’s not just “good at nails”, she is genuinely one of the most talented people I’ve ever come across. Her client base is so loyal for a reason, and once you’ve been to her, you completely understand why. Once you have experienced this talent you will never want to go anywhere else again.

What makes Sarah so special is that this is so much more than a job to her. You can see the love, care, and perfectionism in every single appointment. The prep, the attention to detail, the creativity, the finished result, everything is flawless and to the highest standard. She somehow manages to make every set look even better than the last, which honestly feels impossible at this point.
