Cute nails and all but I went to this place for my little cousins birthday she is 9 and they seriously need to work on there English as my cousin got nothing like what she asked for! And four of us went and we all came home with painful nails that had been sort of cut by the tools!! I do not recommend unless for a cheap alternative

I have been coming here for just under a year. The staff is always very friendly and polite, they offer you water or tea. I have been getting acrylic with a chrome colour or French tips and the results are great and last 3-4 weeks. I have been to other places in Chippenham where they are rude to you or you show them a picture of a nail set and you end up getting something very different- not here, they are always lovely here. I normally pay between £30-£38 depending on the design. They always massage my hand with a lotion that smells amazing and finish off with a steamy towel leaving my hands clean.

I took my 3 year old daughter to have her nails painted for christmas, and was happy to wait our turn (30 mins). By the time we got seated and chose our colour, the staff proceeded to do other clients before my daughter. I brushed it off as its Christmas and busy. Once they started to do my daughters nails, I noticed the polish was very old and not very good quality. Once they were painted they escorted me & my daughter to the corner of the room for her nails to dry (the dryer was very dirty, and barely worked) we then sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for my daughters nails to 'dry" (i think we were forgotten about) a different lady came to the top coat in which took some of the original colour off my daughters nails, they repainted and then just left her nails looking really messy. They seemed fed up about having to re do the mess they had made. After being in the salon for what felt like hours with a 3 YEAR OLD. I didn't want to wait around any longer for them to fix them, so we paid and left.

Will not be returning. The salon is very dirty and seems very unhygienic. Go to Lux nail bar around the corner, better value, clean, and they don't forget about their customers or huff at them 👍👍

I don’t usually write negative reviews but feel this is important.
My usual nail technician (who applied gel over my normal ones) was abroad and I needed my gel polish removing, so tried this establishment.
When questioning the marks on my nails once the gel was removed and asking what they were, the technician swiftly ground my nails down, despite voicing my displeasure as they felt sensitive.
I called the company afterwards to advise my nails were extremely painful after seeing them (as this was only the second time having gels polish) and spoke to multiple people, as they didn’t understand what I was saying. I eventually spoke to one lady who advised to come back in but I’m honestly not sure what they could have done. The same day I spoke to a nail specialist afterwards who advised me they had completely damaged the nail bed and that there was no point going back and that I’d have to invest in a bond builder polish which would help the damage.
I would not recommend this business and would strongly advise that they invest in improving their English language. Public sector employees in customer-facing roles are required to have fluent English under the Immigration Act 2016. This company fails to do this. Had their communication and customer facing skills been better, they would not have damaged my nails.

Fantastic experience today in the salon. I normally go somewhere else, but they never stick to the appointment times and I always find their staff quite rude.

The staff couldn’t be anymore polite, asked me more than once if I was happy with the colour. I was offered a drink, and then had a hand massage and hot towel at the end.

The gentleman who did my nails, took his time, and was so thorough. I honestly can’t wait to go back!
