I cannot say enough good things about this place & Lisa!! I had to leave town (from the US) and my nails were in a horrid state by the time I got to London. Chi's was recommended by my hotel concierge & I am so thankful it was because the skill Lisa had?!?? Incredible. Hard gel? No problem. Nail shape, she can do it with her eyes closed. Nail art? Too easy for her. In & out within one hour. This place saved my life. Thank you Lisa, hope to be back soon!

Very poor service. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and rough during the nail service, and hostile when I made requests.

Update (21.04.2026): Please find attached images as proof that I have previously visited Chi Nail Salon, with dates attached via my Instagram story. please look into updating your system, I also stand by my original review - the service was awful and staff are hostile.
