Me and my mum have been coming here for the last year and we love our nails every time we go! The acrylics with extensions I have got have always lasted me for so long and they always look stunning! Lin is very friendly and excellent at her job, can’t recommend enough.

Came in today to do my nails and some nail art. The lady did not like me from the get go. I asked which colours I could use for Biab and she kept saying something like - biab is biab, colour is a different thing on top. I thought it was just a language barrier and ignored it.
Then I asked to add some nail art on my nails choosing glitter first. She then asked what type of glitter ( gold or silver) to what I said let's do the main colour first and then will see. After I changed my mind and decided to ditch the glitter and go for some pearly white lines at the tip of the nail. I asked what variations of white or pearly white she had. She said- white is just white speaking over me. All the communication was patronising, never giving me a chance to ask a question. All my questions were answered by a provocative question like what do you mean white, what do you mean pearly, what do you mean another colour?. She rushed the whole process and I left unhappy with my nails.
I told her I settled to have no nail art as she was rude and didn't give me a chance to upgrade my nails.
Lesson learnt! Never again here.
