I had a lady with dark hair and reddish-pink ends do my nails, and I felt really uncomfortable. After reading good reviews, I came for my BIAB nails, but she said my nails were badly damaged right away which is why ive came to a salon in the first place. She was rough removing my old gel, even after I asked her politely if theres another way of removing my gel such as a soak off as she was bending my natural nail and it hurt. When applying the gel, the curing light burned my nails badly, and I had to keep moving my hand away, she ignored me at first and after said it was because my nails were thin and damaged which if they were bad, I don’t understand why the service continued and i wasn’t given any advice or anything. I’m now anxious about my nails’ condition and getting them done again. The appointment was painful, and I wish she had refused the service or given advice instead of causing more damage. The price was £41, which I’d be fine paying if I hadn’t been treated like that. Other nail techs seemed polite with their customers, which made my experience even more disappointing.

Thank you for your visit . I apologise if youve not had a good service from our salon . I think there must be a misunderstanding here and let me explain what she meant , so the biab normally burns when they are cured in the light which is quite normal but it is worse when ur natural nails are thin and damaged . The biab doesnt make it more damaged so thats why she didnt refuse service . I hope u would give us another chance and i’ll mention this to that lady . Also note she is partially deaf so she could be quite loud when talking and english is her second language xx
