I love coming here for my nails! Great attention to detail, always make sure you’re happy with your nails before you leave. The staff are really friendly and chatty, which makes the whole experience feel welcoming and personal, especially Sa, she’s always so helpful when I’m indecisive, gives great advice on what looks good, and always does amazing designs!

I have been tho here 5 times in the past 2 years , I really like the staffs very friendly and smile , but today I felt disappointed them knowing I was pregnant heavily and had toddler so I sat for 45 min till my turn came , nice warm water but here where the problem is

The man who did my padicure and full set nail and get color all under 45 min!!!

He didn’t let my feet soak, he didn’t peel it, he rushed everything off I did not enjoy or like my nail they are not shaped they cut my side toes it’s not don’t properly, you see when they know is busy they just think about how fast to sit the next client down. They steamed everyone’s feet not mine! They let all the English ladies soak well but not mine, and he didn’t do a good job . Look ate the hanging skin he didn’t do and the thick sharp nails🤮

In the end I saw other people pay by card they told me no cash Only!!! He charged me £60 for this
