I’m not from the UK. I came to get my nails done there was no sign anywhere to advise it was cash or transfer only. When I tried to pay on my phone (card) they said I couldn’t and told me I needed to leave my belongings
in the shop. They held me hostage and I had to call the police, she was verbally aggressive. I don’t even have a UK bank account and had no physical card I didn’t even have their international banking details to make a transfer as they didn’t have them. They’re clearly avoiding tax. I was physically locked into the shop. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life and I will be reporting them for tax evasion and the police for holding me against my will. Disgusting. Do not go there.

Absolutely love my new nails! They turned out so elegant and classy, exactly what I wanted. The service was impeccable from start to finish – the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and did such a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend! 💅✨

I went to try this salon for my cousins wedding I had been quoted a set of nails for £45 when on the price list it was £35 for a full set of nails the lady told me i was paying extra for the charms on the nails and charged me £5 a finger for the design which she then told me after it was £50 when it was £45 before I had got the set done . The staff were nice and welcoming however not even a day after I have had my set and the charms have come off from both hands. Lovely staff and customer service but the quality wasn’t there for my experience the shape of the nails are good but the person doing my nails did not put a top coat or anything on to prevent the charms from falling
