I usually go here all the time because it’s local, but some of the staff are lovely but the one I get rushes them a lot and you end up with sore nails and cuts. Every one of my friends who go in there has the same experience as me. You shouldn’t rush when you’ve paid for something.

Shaping fine but bumpy texture, had to repaint 3 times due to being uneven, only came under the impression they could do the design I requested and they were unable to do it. Cut my finger and didn’t even apologise just said it’s fine😂 Had to go elsewhere to fix ended up paying over £60 for what should’ve only been a £25 infill.

Absolutely AWFUL!!!!!! I left with two of my finger pouring in blood to be charged full price. The fact they think it's acceptable to allow a customer to leave the salon with two slices on there finger is apporling. Not to mention before I left my nails had to be redone not ONCE not TWICE but THREE times . The service was shocking and the shop is far from clean . I am now at risk of getting an infection as I doubt the nail tool that cut me was clean . Should have read the reviews before entering this shop as they all say the same thing . It's now later on in the evening and I cant use my two fingers properly and anything they touch stings . I am in shock that they call them selves a qualified nail tech after butchering my fingers . When I demanded I shouldn't be paying i got told....... we will chopp of you're nails then...... I was completely taken back by this comment and can't believe this was said not only to me but in a salon with customers in . Never in my life have I felt so annoyed And shaken by how I was treated and the fact they wanted to (chop of my nails) after slicing two fingers was beyond anything.!

Very bad experience, avoid until they do better with their service please. I’m sad to write this but it wasn’t great. Nails turned out poor looking, no professionalism, cut my nails shorter without asking, zero attention to details, the acrylic powder applied on my natural nails were too thin, 4 of my nails broke off days later. I Paid £68 and I regret it 🫠 Smoke smell was too strong but 🥺

Before I moved, my previous nail tech handled my nails for 2years with so much care, I carried them for 4-6 weeks if I forget to book my appointment or miss it.

P.S: I attached sample of my natural nails before attending this salon.

Ruined my nails. Patchy finishes and when I went for the removal 2 weeks later he didn’t remove it properly and got annoyed at me for asking multiple times. Disgusting customer service. My nails are now ruined from all the filling and have still not recovered. 0 stars would not recommend!!! Rude staff and can’t do nails.

I don't understand how you can work in a nail shop and you dont know how to do nails? I tried this shop for the first time.

I asked for a soak off and biab for my holiday. I started off with a lady then got swapped over to this guy after the soak off. The lady was really careful with my nails.
Anyway, the guy started to get the acrylic ready. I said no, I asked for biab. The owner, I assume, and who was very friendly, said no, she wants biab.

I left with the lumpiest, uneven nails. I didnt notice until I got home. And half of my nails could bend!!! Literally bend 90 degrees as all these places have destroyed my nails. He clearly put normal gel on them not biab. I didnt notice as a lot of these places use different brands and the procedure looked the same.

As a result, a few of my nails have split nearly half way down on the nailbed and I've had to cut them off.

On top of that, the nail polish tips all wore off as the top coat must've been low quality

Why cant I find a decent nail technician?!!!!

I had the worst brow experience here. The man who did them was rude, passive aggressive with his colleague, and clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He made me feel really uncomfortable throughout, and the result was a poor job on my brows. In 13 years of getting my brows done, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. If I could rate 0.1 stars, I would.
