I think this store is no more or less than other boost stores. However, what was negative for me was that the service was not very helpful, I have shopped here several times and had the same experience.

My mum went to return a foundation clearly on her receipt. The first lady, who was blonde, couldn’t process it and seemed completely unbothered. Another staff member, a girl with a scarf, kindly completed the return. Meanwhile, the first lady laughed with other staff and mocked my mum, which is completely unacceptable.

Second time I have been here it's the worse Boots in Dewsbury, Bradford, Keighley and Leeds! Three tills and one person on the till no self service! Come on move on to 2026! Nearly everywhere has them! One customer took ages at the till my legs were hurting and caused me anxiety! The girl at the till asked for more staff but that was after awhile nobody bothered coming to the till! Horrible place horrible experience twice now been kept waiting! I won't be coming back!

Horrible customer service. Went into purchase some lip balm, and when I went to pay the sales rep called Liam asked me for my boots advantage card. He then asks to see some student ID.

I explain I don't have my student card on me. Liam asks to see my unidays. I do, and he says it is not good enough. I had already verified my student discount for the year in another store so I'm already confused as to why he's asking all this of me.

But then Liam removes my student discount off the account and says I need to verify it with some ID the next time I come in. My discount was verified a few months back!! Now, I have to go to the trouble of verifying it again.

I frequently place online orders which means I won't receive my discount anymore until I can verify it again. A joke, considering I reverify once a year and now because of Liam I will have to do it once again.

Мав приємність вчора, при кінці робочого дня, зайти до Boots щоб купити молочну суміш для свого племінника. Дуже мила пані, хоча мала достатньо своєї праці, бо розклала на полички товар, відгукнулася на моє запитання і направду щиро допомогла мені знайти те, що я шукав. Мені було прикро коли вона відмовилася від моєї допомоги коли несла через цілий магазин кошик з сумішами. Направду щира і дуже доброзичлива Пані!
Щодо самого магазину, - досить гарний вибір і приємно приходити сюди. Щиро дякую!

The customer service is very bad while me and friends enquired about perfumes the staffs mocked at us and even the team leader did the same. The customer service is very poor and no return back to here. We came to purchase and because of this weird behaviour of the staff we couldn’t buy any.
