It was my first time here for a full leg and bikini wax. Rachael the lady who did it was lovely and her chattiness along with the cozy atmosphere of the salon put me at ease, which is definitely needed when you’re getting a wax! My skin looks great as well.

I spent the most amazing 2 hours at Lilac Heaven today, in the extraordinary and very therapeutic hands of hands of Melanie.
I had the De-luxe Neals Yard facial and my ... what an amazing and unforgettable experience it was. I left feeling like a rejuvenated woman ... my skin felt beautiful and totally cleansed and moisturised. Thank you so much Mel ... what an amazing beautician you are .. I am already looking forward to my next appointment with you in 10 weeks XXX

What a wonderful experience, having booked a full course of 6 facials Melanie has transformed my skin and given me the knowledge and enthusiasm to keep it up at home. Now having regular facials after my course and I look forward to them so much. The salon is very peaceful and quiet that I almost fall asleep. Well done Melanie and Rachel for providing a lovely experience in lovely surroundings. Keep up the good work and see you soon.
