Had me waiting 20mins whilst she eat her McDonald's in kitchen didnt even apologise . I dont normally leave bad reviews but I feel like she dont deserve customers. The blonde Chinese woman was rude, blunt,no manners,no chat.Didn't offer a drink or say bye thank you .Was just rude start to finish.I asked a question if I could view another colour and she nearly bit my head off.You wanna feel special and nice when you are getting your nails done paying all that money not spoken to like crap.
She did a quick fast cheap tacky job no wonder the place is always empty says it all.

i had biab extensions done today by Ryan and had an amazing experience. I normally don’t really like my nails after having them done but i absolutely love them. He made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. will definitely be coming back

Worst experience i just got my nails done and they prefer quantity than quality. I told them i need short nails cuz i have baby they ended up doing it very sharp at the edges they wont even give u time to realise. They just got it done in 15min ridiculous. Will never ever go back.
