Absolutely terrible. I got my nails done one Saturday and they peeled off the same night, I contacted the salon about this and asked for a refund as they didn't even last 24hrs. I then received a reply that they didn't offer refunds, I said this was unacceptable and then received another reply to schedule me in to get them redone. I had them redone and then once again they have all peeled off. Waste of time and money.

Owner Response:

Hi Molly, we're very sorry that you have had a bad experience. We did reschedule you and replace them free of charge and we are disappointed that they've popped off again as it's very unusual for that to happen once, never mind twice in a row! We could replace them again and work with you to determine the underlying reasons for this problem, but as you haven't called or messaged us to let us know the 2nd set popped off, we think that it's probably just that our products just aren't suited to you in this instance. We hope you find a better match in the future, and good luck.
