I have been a customer at several beauty salons but no where comes close to the Beauty Rooms Wakefield. The quality of beauty treatments and excellence of nail treatments far exceeds anything I have ever experienced before and in addition the beauticians are so professional, so organised and so welcoming - however I feel when I arrive at the Beauty Rooms I leave feeling on top of the world, great service, great product and great friends! I always look forward to my appointments and would not dream of booked anywhere else. Thank you so much Jo and Dee

I've been using Jo at Beauty Rooms Wakefield for years now and would always highly recommend her. As I bloke I always try to avoid booking but when I pluck up the courage Jo has always made me feel welcome and comfortable. More often than not my bookings are last minute to fit around my work and no matter how disorganised I may be Jo always makes it fit for me. A******** Thanks James.

I have been going to the Beauty Rooms for many years now & have a regular beautician called Jo. I always receive a warm & friendly welcome & always receive a good service - my nails stay in pristine condition for weeks. I can't think of going anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend.

Building work nearby meant parking wasn’t there so had to divert, was a little late and they couldn’t offer me the service I booked. They called me but ended the call without listening so I had to pay for parking to say I didn’t need the service. Acted rushed and unaware of a customers preferences. Really poor. I’d never been before and certainly won’t book again.

No prices on the website at all, phoned up to get more information about waxing and book and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and talked to me like I was stupid, unprofessional and did not put me at ease at all, I suggest you talk to your staff about how they should be conducting phone calls

Had my nails done here, felt really rushed, the technician was quite rough constantly telling me to relax my hand and pulling at my fingers. Not a good experience or value for money.

I had nail extensions applied here before I went on holiday. After following all advice re cleaning products and use of rubber gloves etc, 3 of nails had dropped off by day 2 of my holiday (9 days after application). Within the next 2 days I had lost all but 2 of my nails. Very disappointing as I had expected them to last for at least 2 weeks, and was informed that they would need taking off professionally. It has very much put me off returning.
