Having been undecided of what to treat my wife to for our anniversary, I stumbled on this gem of a place. I enquired to see if they could provide me with a gift card and to my surprise they did.

Later that week I presented my wife with her surprise and she arranged to visit Top Nails. Having used several others around the area. My wife was absolutely over the moon with her nails, due to this she has used Top Nails ever since.

Had my nails done here after always going to Queens beauty bar in station lane Featherstone my nails have been amazing and lasted alot longer the team was very lovely and friendly and the prices are alot cheaper thankyou very much and will 💯 percent be back in soon for my holiday nails doing

Cut my finger so it was bleeding, one nail looked outgrown so they put the acrylic too far up the nail. Polish looks streaky and see through. Poor service staff is rude too

The best nail salon I’ve ever been to!got my nails done and I snapped 1 at work and Lan the nail tech came in on her day off(mothers day) just to fix it for me so I didn’t have a chipped nail on eid!!!highly recommend

came here yesterday to get some simple blue french tips and they did them wonky, the acrylic has already chipped, and the quality is shocking. Yes they may have been simple to do but he should have taken his time , normally acrylic nails would be 40mins to an hour but he rushed and the lack of effort was appalling.

got charged £45 for a full set that had the exact same design as I set I had done a few months ago that was £35, only french tips with a line outlining the tip. never been charged anywhere near that amount for a full set and surprisingly it’s way more than im charged for a full set in Manchester! the person i was with got more colours AND glitter on their nails and was charged £30, fully feel like i’ve been ripped off just because im young

The first time, I had acrylics for my wedding and they did a great job.
The second time, I had them removed and asked for BIAB.

What a mess. Very blobby (too much at the base of the nail) and not smooth, varnish not to the edges or even smooth, just super rough.
The staff changed over half way through filing the nails to speed up, and I felt super rushed like I was a product rather than a customer.
Very in and out (being a Saturday morning -9am) didn’t offer cuticle oil, had to ask for it, and I just didn’t enjoy the experience.

Now on the lookout for a new salon as I won’t be returning.

Avoid!! In and out within 20 mins!! Was recommended the salon by a few people so gave them a try, I got french nails and it was a total rush job leading to nails lifting and crumbling off at the edges by the evening, the French is very messy too- looks like a child has painted them. After using nail salons for years noticed quite a few prep and finishing steps missed out.
The owner is so rude and only thinks about the money quite clearly because the quality of the work her and her staff provide is poor. There’s so many similar salons in Wakefield that have better customer service and take pride in what they do.
As they say… pay cheap pay twice

Staff are super friendly, great at nail art (go to Len (i think thats his name) if you want flowers), bit awkward trying to go downstairs with nail tips on though 🤣
