I had my nails done here a week ago and they’ve already started peeling off, which is really disappointing. The technician I had was quite rude and made me feel like I was being rushed the whole time. When I tried to explain that I wasn’t happy with the shape of one of the nails, he didn’t really listen and just brushed off my concerns. Overall, not a great experience.

I have been going to Venus for over 5 years and they are the best walk in salon in the area by far! The staff are friendly and are amazing at replicating designs with a huge choice of colours and supplies to do nail art.
I always get offered a drink and they really take their time to make sure your nails are perfect! The salon is clean and organised, it’s a lovely place to relax while getting pampered 😍
Thank you for always giving me gorgeous nails 🥰

Venus is the best nail bar i have had ever been to and has maintained the excellent service every time over the years that i have been visiting. The staff are fantasic, the service is superb and I am always looking forward to visiting every time.

The staff were lovely and accommodating to start with, however after sitting through a pedicure I was left with messy uneven painted toes and was told this was just the polish, i explained I wasn’t happy considering the mess surrounding the nail itself, the nail tech filed off the polish whilst muttering something, and began to trim my nails for a third time to which they snipped into my cuticles causing it to bleed and sting, I understand accidents happen, however no apology was uttered and they instantly put something on my toe without asking which was extremely painful, I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable to which they began to take pictures of the injury without asking ? Which again was bizarre, I would not recommend at all poor customer service, i understand accidents happen to but not have an apology and to just put something in the cut itself without even asking if I was allergic to anything etc was unprofessional, would not recommend.

I’ve only been coming to Venus for about 3 months I’ve had my nails done 4 times and I have NEVER been disappointed. My friends and I highly recommend this place and I don’t just mean the quality of the nails but the whole experience. When you walk in they will greet you offer you drinks ect (I’ve never been anywhere that offers this) but the people are so friendly and chatty and just lovely people.
I love how these guys make you feel so comfortable thank you so much x

Love my nails every time I come to Venus, I’ve been coming to the salon for over 3years and will continue to do so, Thankyou to Lucy and the rest of the staff for always making my nails look great!
