Absolutely love getting my nails done here! The nail technician's are lovely and very attentive to detail, this is the second pair of acrylics I've gotten here and both times I have been very satisfied with the end product & service! I'm not always good at explaining what I would like or following instructions due to my Autisim but have never had an issue here.

I have been coming to Sassy Licorn for a long time now and I am always so happy with the service. They're so friendly and welcoming and always have the up to date colours. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I hate to leave negative reviews but they have left me with no choice

I had been going for acrylics and chose to switch to biab instead.
I was told it would last longer / feel better etc. when i had the acrylic take off and new set of biab firstly absolutely no nail prep was done. And secondly, I have made it to 2 weeks and the nail has already lifted away at the top. I contacted them to resolve this matter and I’ve been left on read & ignored.
Feel completely let down, I tipped as well so that shows they don’t care absolutely their customers, only money.

Lovely place! All the staff were kind and attentive and very skilled at their work. I went in as a nail extensions first timer and very anxious and was quickly put at ease. The inspiration picture I brought in was super detailed nail art and they did an incredible job all for a very reasonable price. Huge selection of colours, finishes and charms and a super neat and clean environment. Will 100% be back for more! Thanks so much guys!

Good at nails but takes way too much time, one of the staff was clearly unwell with customers asking if he’s Ok and if he’s had a break which he clearly hasn’t, for him to then go out to the back and vomit very loudly for customers to hear, as someone who gets anxious about these things it wasn’t a pleasant experience and to see him then continue doing customers nails it just didn’t feel hygienic or right. Wouldn’t come here again.

I absolutely rate this nail salon 11/10 they are so lovely and caring of there customers, I have Tourette’s so I always find it hard to keep still and when I’m highly anxious they can get worse but because they are all so welcoming it helps me relax which then helps my Tourette’s!

I have been going to sassy nail for many months now and never had an issue. The owner of the shop is amazing and has all the time in the world to make your nail the way you want.

Unfortunately today me and my sister had a very different experience. The owner was not working and you could tell. The woman i had doing my nail was rude. I asked her nicely to change the shape due to them being wonky. She told me they wasn’t and then laughed and spoke to another worker.

My sister also had a bad experience. All her nail’s are different lengths even asking her to get them the same , the woman doing her nails cut her finger and there was blood and didn’t even apologise. Lastly , one of my sister nails was broken and she was hoping to get it fixed. The nail is still broken. She was charged extra to fix” the nail.

Like i said before i have always spoken highly about this nail shop, but unfortunately when the owner isnt working the staff are very different and you do not get the 10/10 service i know they can provide.

First time going to this nail salon and will definitely be going back, way ahead of most salons in my opinion with techniques and finishing touches.
Customer service was also amazing and I felt really as ease which is rare, couldn't fault them for anything.
