I booked massage it was lovely and maybe the best massage I’ve ever had! Thank you but the only thing is the cleanliness of the place is not that great.

I am giving 2 stars, which feels generous, only because the inflatable suit treatment itself did the job.

However, the clinic does not match its advertised “sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.” The place did not smell pleasant, lacked a relaxing atmosphere, and appeared to need a thorough clean. The eye mask also seemed dirty or had dead batteries, making ticking noises during the treatment, which was uncomfortable.

In such a competitive market, businesses should focus on high-quality, service-driven care. Regardless of using a Groupon voucher or paying full price, every customer should be treated with respect and provided with higher standards of cleanliness and customer service.

I had a massage here and it was fabulous! So relaxing, would definitely recommend!!
It included a head massage so I looked a sight when I left - but felt so chilled I really didn’t care 😂

I shall definitely return x

Absolute waste of time.
I booked a 1-hour aromatherapy massage, drove all the way to Worthing, paid £3.30 for parking, arrived 10 minutes early, and was then told to my face that they don’t do massages for men.
This was NOT stated anywhere during the booking process. If you refuse male clients, you should not allow bookings from them. Simple.
Instead, I lost time, money, and made a completely pointless journey because of your failure to communicate basic information. Totally unprofessional and incredibly frustrating.
Avoid unless you enjoy having your time wasted.
