very bad treatment
Because I told you that you have to pay. You just wanted FREE treatment.
Usually laser therapy on 1 wart is around £500 I charged you £48 for your apointment and £40 for laser. hardly bad.
Very reasonable price for my 86 year old mother to have her NB ails trimmed and some rough skin removed. He was gentle and thorough and Mum was very pleased as she had not been to have her feet done before.
Thank you.
I called this clinic to make an appointment to have a corn removed. I spoke directly to Mr Fox. His phone etiquette was something to be desired, however i didn’t give this much thought.
When myself & my partner turned up 1 minute late for my appointment as we struggled to find a parking space, we said hello to him & he replied with “who am I seeing,” to which my partner gestured to myself & said “Tomasz.” He repeated again “who am I seeing,” I then said “me.”
He took us into the room & said “i thought you weren’t coming.” My partner looked at the clock & saw it was 1 minute past my appointment & she replied to him “really?” as it was surprising to assume this for only being 1 minute late.
Moving on, I found him to be extremely arrogant, rude, dismissive & condescending. As a man of his profession, education & age, I would have expected him to have even minimum standards of basic manners. Through the whole procedure, which was only about 15 minutes, myself & my partner felt very uncomfortable & i couldn’t wait to leave.
At the end, even though he was unwelcoming & rude, after paying i still said thank you, & there was no reply back from him. When you use a private service, you’d expect a simple friendly & comforting experience. At least a smile when they take your money would be the bare minimum.
In the future I would go to another clinic.
Great guy, second time seeing him, quick and efficient, relaxed environment and amazing service.
Great service and would recommend. He fit me in at short notice, assessed and dealt with my problem efficiently, he answered any questions I had, I was given a thorough aftercare guide and have had no issues since. The reviews here are laughable and mostly false, the Dr gave a professional service and shouldn't be down rated for not engaging in mindless chit chat. If that's what you are looking for, try a psychiatrist rather than a podiatrist.
Please go to a different podiatrist if you can. I went to him to two years ago for a feet swelling and pain at irregular intervals, hoping he could help and recommend me something but he was very dismissive and rude the entire appointment. I paid £40-50 to be told I have flat feet and to buy insoles and foot pads which did nothing. Went to see another, referred to me to NHS, who then referred me to a rheumatologist. I can see in his other reviews that he is always condescending and dismissive, maybe he’s always having a bad day
I have just checked my computer. Your not on my system?

Helped me massively with my nail problems and helped me understand to prevent it
Very professional and efficient service. Mr Fox did not waste my time on talking about unimportant conversations and completed the procedure quickly and painlessly. Had no issues since the surgery and had no need for any further appointments.
Don't waste your time, I been 5 times with my son and no results. Last time Mr Fox charged me £85 because last 4 was on offer £40. Not professional.
Laser treatment is very expensive at around £300 per wart or verruca. You received 4 treatments at a reduced rate of only £40 and after the offer it went back to it's normal yet still reduced price of £85 and as I said it has virtually gone. If you wish ring me free and I will refund you the £45
I went to see Mr Fox and I had great service, I had really bad feet with hard skin, and Mr Fox did hissgic and gave me great advice on how to maintain my feet. Great job thankyou
Don't waste your time with this one as we turned up for the appointment at 08:52 (appointment at 9) rang the doobell, called them no answer and at 08:54 got an email saying the appointment had been cancelled. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME.
Sorry but things happen that are out of my control. You read the message too late.
I visited the foot clinic to have a toe nail lasered, which had been causing me some real problems over the last 12 months. I had tried various creams to alleviate the issue, but to no avail and did not want to take tablets as recommended by the doctor, due to side effects. I was fortunate enough to be recommended to Mr Fox, who suggested laser treatment and after two visits, the issue was resolved! I highly recommend this clinic, as the treatment I received was extremely professional. Mr C.F
Thanks
