The pros are that my nails are lovely, neat, and I’m very happy with the final result. Unfortunately, the overall experience of getting my nails done at this establishment outweighs the positives, and I will not be returning.
Firstly, I booked my appointment for 12:30 but had to sit and wait until 12:50 for the treatment to begin. Secondly, while the young lady who did my nails was lovely, she cut me multiple times, on one occasion drawing blood. Another concern with the staff was that I saw another technician working on a different client who had provided a reference picture, yet the final result looked completely different.
Thirdly, the salon was freezing cold. Another client even commented on how the water for washing hands was ice cold. For somewhere that charges close to £40 for an infill, you could at least try to make the client experience somewhat pleasant. Clients should not be sitting there freezing.
Lastly, if you are going to request cash or bank transfer to avoid paying tax, perhaps the money saved could be put towards providing heating, more comfortable seating, and warm water for your paying customers.

A great place in Northampton to get your nails done!
They’re so attentive and careful with your nails, you can just tell they want to do the best job possible.
I would definitely recommend!

If I could give 0 star I would. I went for an infill and I had 3 different people exchanging. Total was 2 hours. I have never in my life had such SLOW SERVICE. I was so pissed off at how slow these people were. I don’t understand
For an infill?????
The lady next to me was getting her nails done and as she was halfway through the nail person had to go and attend another person and she was just there waiting for minutes!!!!
2 hours for infill???? My nails came out looking so bumpy!!!! Smh

Will NEVER book here again. I booked in advance for a reason -- my appointment was for 2.30 ..I arrived on time and told them i had an appointment at 2.30, but all the chairs were full! I began waiting .. 20 minutes went by and I started calling other places as I was on a time crunch and looks like they accepted lots of walk ins ..I was still sat waiting whilst they attended to walk ins. Furious. I managed to book in with a different nail salon immediately *UK NAILS* up the road and they seen me straight away!! Why book an appointment ..and then accept walk ins right near the booking time knowing full well you now don't have the staff for all the customers you've just over booked!!

Really great service, great attention to detail and really affordable aswell, I got my nails taken off and a new set put on for £46 which is great considering I have paid more than that at crappier salons for worse quality. Staff are really nice and friendly.

Only minor tweak is they don’t offer drinks, or at least I didn’t, maybe they do idk but yeah great local nail salon

I was a walk in. Which I prefer rather than trying to remember an appointment.
I’ll definitely be a returning customer. My nails were biab with extensions. £45 for my 1st time. Which I did think was a little dear. But. They are done really well. And I’m really pleased with them.

most of the time they do a good job on my nails, however I’ve been here a few times, but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this shop. 100% discriminatory. They talk about you in Cantonese. Owner of the shop (Cindy) Will Pick and choose who she wants to be nice too And has an has a slight Attitude. Every time I come here, I feel so uncomfortable, not the friendliest of people.

Happy with my nails, they look very nice and seem good quality however make sure you ask them for a price before you have them done as the price list isn’t accurate and I was suprised how much it come to just for French acrylic
