came into superdrugs today, the store was prestine which really impressed me considering it was very busy in new square. the ladies at the makeup side were so attentive. at the till it was very quick and lovely customer service asking how i am and searched my email bevause i forgot my superdrug’s card. the girls were all smiley it is clear that customer service is a virtue in this shop.

I would like to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this branch of Superdrug. I found the staff at the tills to be unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. In particular, the store manager (named Kashish) did not address the situation appropriately. This was my first visit to this branch, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to improve customer service standards.

Avoid😅 I phoned prior to going to see how much it would be to get my ears pierced, told £23 for a pair, so I went up to get them done only to be told I HAD to buy the ear cleaning solution for an extra £10 in order to have my ears pierced.. jokers🙄

I went to Superdrug today and had the best experience. One of the staff, Ali, was so friendly and really helpful. I don’t know much about makeup, but she quickly found my perfect concealer shade and showed me how to put it on. She also taught me how to use blush, which was really nice. In addition to that she helped me and my mum find a cream for dry, sensitive skin, even though it wasn’t in her department. The store is also a big clean store with lots of good products to buy.

I had a good experience at Superdrug overall. The store was well stocked with a wide range of beauty, skincare, and everyday health essentials, and it was easy to find what I needed without too much hassle. Prices were reasonable and there were some decent offers available, which made shopping more affordable.

Staff were polite and helpful when I needed assistance, though at busy times the queues at the till were a bit slow. The shop itself was fairly tidy, but a few sections felt slightly cluttered.

Overall, it’s a reliable place to pick up essentials and beauty products, and I’d happily shop there again. Solid 4-star experience.

I like Superdrug as a store because they support reycling empty tablet blister packs. 10 out of 10

I made a 30 minute journey to do this. There wasn't queue at the pharmacy, great I thought.

I stood there for a good 5 minutes no acknowledgement from the 2 staff in the pharmacy. The just kept on taking to each other. I do believe they were working but just an acknowledgement would have be polite.

In the end I said excuse me ladies I realise you're busy but can I just leave these for recycling. Reply..... as long as they're empty but a short sharp reply. Rude!!!!
