Google I've been going to the salon for a few months now based on recommendation. Sam does my nails everytime and her attention to detail is second to none. She executes any design I come to her with (and I love a design on my XL nails). Would highly recommend Sam and the nail salon.

Google L O V E Sam & the salon. The most peaceful nail salon I’ve ever been to. No drama no gossip no emotionally unstable professionals. Just elegance, cleanliness and sensational nails. Staff are well mannered and polite. I love the atmosphere and the gentle music with the best hot & cold drinks. Clean fresh accessible toilet and nearby parking. 10s all round!! Goes above & beyond & deserves every penny! X

Google Not recommended — several serious issues
The venue has no bathroom facilities, which was never communicated beforehand. Additionally, they do not accept card payments — again, something they fail to mention until the very end of your visit.
I made an international bank transfer and showed them the proof of payment, but they still forced me to wait on-site until the funds cleared in their account. International transfers naturally take time to process, and being made to wait in that situation was both embarrassing and deeply uncomfortable.
This lack of transparency and poor customer handling is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Regarding the pament, due to previous issues with fraudulent transfer receipts, we can only confirm payments once funds are recieved, especially for international transfers. We understand this may have caused inconvenence and we will make this clearer to clients inadvance.
As for the bathroom, it was unfortunately out of order on today, and we apologise that this was not communicated properly.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our service.

Google Had my first appointment yesterday for BIAB (also needed an old set taken off that was done elsewhere). He paid real attention to detail and I've ended up with the most amazing set of cat eye nails. I've already booked my next appointment.
