I had one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had here. I went in to get my nails and feet done for my birthday and left in tears. The man who did my nails, who appeared to be the boss, had a terrible attitude from the start. He repeatedly said my design suggestions were “ugly,” was huffing and puffing throughout the appointment, and spoke about me in his native language in a way that felt disrespectful and uncomfortable.

He wasn’t listening to what I wanted and even flicked the gems off my nails while I was trying to explain my preferences. On top of that, I was cut multiple times with the nail file, which was painful and completely unacceptable my fingers are still bleeding as I write this review. My hands were also pushed away from the UV light screen while my nails were curing, making the whole experience feel rushed and rough.

I have never felt so unwelcome in a salon before. I ended up leaving without getting my pedicure because I felt like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.

I paid £40 for my nails, refused the loyalty card offered at the end, and made it clear I would not be returning. Customer service here is far below acceptable standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
