As previously explained, our salon operates strictly in line with our policy. We do not offer a refund for a completely services. We asked you and your mom before we finished the hands and after finished your toes there was a plenty time to check the nails before you paid and left the shop( CCTV footage was being reviewed) .
As follow our policy was sent to you already, we did offer you to come back and fix with free of charge . We never accept refunds but did offer you a full refund if you come back today to take them off. And in any professional beauty services environment will not give you a refund for the service was already done. We did apologise and explain to you why we have to change the time for 30mins after the time was agreed. As you said you run your business your self so i think you would understand how the policy works.
We have acted fairly and in-line with our stated policies, and we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations

I am the manager of DK Nails. We are sorry that your experience not meet your expectations. After carefully reviewing the CCTV footage, we would like to clarify a few points for accuracy.
Before our technician trimmed your nails, he asked for your permission twice and you confirmed that you wanted them to be shorter. After trimming, filling is necessary to shape the nails properly- otherwise the nails could not achieve the shape you requested. You let he carried on when it nearly finished and said that you don’t like your nails . We still showed that we are professional to keep patient and finished your nails even we not feel right. You also asked for remove but only wanted to pay for the removal. This is not acceptable in any professional environment, for this reason, the charges still appropriate for the service already provided.
Regarding your comment about the technician’s attitude , we reviewed the CCTV and found no inappropriate behaviour. He checked each finger with you to ensure accuracy because you had already expressed dissatisfaction - that is professional, not ridicule . Furthermore, other customers who were presented could be witnessed the situation and can confirm our side if required.
The additional 3 pounds for the gel colour was clearly communicated before application, and you were not pressured to chose it.
We value all the customers, but we also expect respectful communication in return. You are the one who started to raised your voice, kept said no when he trying to said he did asked you and make sure you argree with that. We are a small business and we do not tolerate false accusations or unreasonable demands . We completed the service exactly as agreed with transparency and professionalism.
