Went and asked for a biab infill. Filed my nails and applied a thick clear base (4 coats) when asking if that’s how my nails are going to look she said no that she was going to add a pink base. I’ve had biab multiple times and know that how she was doing my nails was nothing like biab. She painted my nails with a normal gel polish and then spray the French top on. All of my nails are different shapes, the French tip on each nail are different thickness and different shape, paint left all in the sides of my nails and fingers. I stated that’s not how biab is done and she said it was and that no one complains. I then showed her my nails and how you can still see my old biab underneath the paint. There was splashes of white paint on the pink base. I showed her and she acted like she couldn’t see. She was holding my fingers and became aggressive pulling and twisting my fingers. She then stated that I was making it up so I didn’t have to pay. Anytime I mentioned something about my nails when she was doing them she would start speaking about me in her language. She also insisted I had left the shop on a different occasion without paying. (Why do my nails if that was the case) she started getting angry screaming and shouting at me saying she’s going to call the police. I told her I was leaving the shop as she was being aggressive and I had my 1 year old baby with me and she wasn’t taking accountability of the state of my nails. She said she was going to call the police and I told her she should. I gave her £10 instead of £30. She didn’t even deserve that after the state she left my nails in! She then began screaming at me literally until she was red in the face. They don’t take accountability for their awful work and still expect you to pay them without sorting out the issue. So so rude, awful at doing nails. Deserve 0 customer!!!! Mortified

Avoid American Nails in Wednesbury — easily the worst nail salon in the area. The quality is poor and my nails are crooked. Nails started falling off after three days. I only went because my regular salon was fully booked, but I wish I’d just waited. I won’t be going back, even if it was offered for free. A total waste of time and money.

Lovely ladies in there, told me what was gonna be better for my nails, they let me decide what I wanted with no pressure. So I needed up having the biab and I love the me. Can wait to see how my nail journey will end. They got lots of colours to pick from.

Staff are always happy to fit you in they do a great job family run business. Iv been coming for at least 10 years . It is cash only payments .
They give a card and stamp each visit after 3 visits you get discount off price .
